One Plus Chinese create a Chinese Chess Club for all age students. We want all of the students to enjoy playing chess, learning Chinese, and making friends here.

 

      We offer different levels of classes for students based on their level. Our teacher will use Chinese to teach students how to play. Students will be able to learn the language and chess at the same time. For beginners, students will learn all the rules required to play a full game of chess. In each class, new concepts are introduced focusing on one section of the game. Once a concept is introduced, interactive examples and mini-games are given so that students put their learning into practice before moving on to the next section. The course is designed to ensure student engagement. Topic order and content pacing are carefully considered to maximize the benefit and fun for each student.

 

      Due to the pandemic, we only offer the online chess class now. Students will be able to watch and interact via Zoom. The student will use an app to play in-class tournaments against other classmates and our teacher.
